Our Staff & Leadership

While Jason works full time in the IT world, he serves on staff for the Village part-time as well, coordinating various ministries like our Central Gatherings and annual retreats. Most of Jason's time is spent in discipleship, being passionate about seeing men "grow in every respect to become mature." He and his wife Maggie help lead a house church (the Nest) and each enjoy serving in a variety of ministries. They have a 1 year-old daughter with another little girl on the way!

Cory and her husband Derek are Manhattan townies, high school sweethearts. They have hosted a house church for 11 years, dedicating their home to be a space for meaningful interactions with Scripture and one another. Cory serve as an elder, assisting in areas of discipleship, event planning, and finances. They have 3 sons; Will, Wes, and Jonah. Cory is a licensed marriage & family therapist, specializing in family relating/pre-marital counseling/faith issues. In their free time, you can find Derek enthusiastically cheering on his beloved Wildcats/Chiefs while Cory rolls her eyes and puts on a sweater (she's always cold!) They love to be present in the lives of their loved ones and would love to see you at their home for house church sometime soon!
